| Registration will begin July 1, 2009 for the Little
Mr. & Miss. XIT Pageant to be held on July 24, 2010 at
the First Christian Church, beginning at 10:00 am and is
being sponsored by the XIT Rodeo & Reunion Association.
Registration will be taken at the Dalhart Area Chamber
of Commerce, 102 E. 7th during regular business hours
until maximum number of entries has been reached or
until July 15, which ever comes first.
The cost is $10.00 per entry with a maximum of 15 boys
and 15 girls being allowed. Entries must be ages 3 or 4
the day of the event and must live in either Dallam or
Hartley Counties. Each contestant will be judged
on personality, western apparel and over all appearance
and demeanor.
If your child should be chosen at Little Mr. or Miss
XIT, you as their parent or guardian will be responsible
for getting them to all functions as required by the
association and will be required to help get donations
and decorations for next years pageant.
Deadline for Registration is July 15 or until maximum
number of entries is reached, which ever comes first. |
